Morten Underbjerg is a Danish artist, and he will complete his Master's degree in fine arts at the Bergen Academy of Art in the sommer of 2024. Morten primarily works in painting, drawing, graphics, and photography, with extensions into performance and installation art. He explores various painterly genres and traditions, often blending them together.
Mortens exhibitions often unfold as a cohesive project in a series of artworks. In recent years, Morten has been particularly interested in gardens, amusement parks, dance and "shared ecstacy," which is evident in the artworks presented here.
